Abstract
Fund flow statement analysis is an important financial management tool that helps organizations evaluate the movement of funds and assess the effectiveness of financial resource management. The present study focuses on analyzing the sources and applications of funds to understand how financial resources are generated, allocated, and utilized within an organization. The study primarily relies on secondary data collected from financial statements and annual reports for the selected period. Fund flow statements are examined to identify major sources of funds, such as operational activities, long-term borrowings, and capital contributions, as well as major applications of funds, including asset acquisition, debt repayment, and working capital requirements. The analysis provides insights into changes in working capital and their impact on the overall financial position of the organization. The findings indicate that effective management of fund inflows and outflows contributes significantly to financial stability, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. The study further demonstrates that fund flow statement analysis serves as a valuable framework for evaluating corporate financial resource management by facilitating informed decision-making and strategic financial planning. Overall, the study highlights the importance of monitoring fund movements to ensure optimal utilization of financial resources and strengthen the long-term financial sustainability of the organization.
