Abstract

The hospitality industry is experiencing rapid transformation through the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). These technologies are enabling hotels to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and achieve better financial performance. Indian hotel chains are increasingly integrating AI-driven solutions such as chatbots, predictive analytics, dynamic pricing systems, customer relationship management tools, and automated service platforms into their operations. This descriptive study examines the role of AI in enhancing operational efficiency and financial performance in Indian hotel chains. The paper explores the various applications of AI, their benefits, challenges, and implications for the future of the hospitality industry. The study concludes that AI-driven technologies have become essential tools for improving productivity, reducing operational costs, increasing revenue, and maintaining competitive advantage in the dynamic hospitality market.
