Abstract

Cinematography is one of the most essential aspects of filmmaking that transforms written narratives into visual experiences. It involves the creative use of camera angles, lighting, framing, movement, color, and composition to communicate emotions and ideas. This research paper examines the role of cinematography in storytelling and its influence on audience perception and engagement. The study explores various cinematographic techniques and their contribution to narrative development. Findings indicate that cinematography significantly enhances emotional depth, character representation, and audience immersion, making it a powerful storytelling tool in cinema.
