Abstract

Large Language Models (LLMs) have emerged as a significant development in artificial intelligence, transforming the ways in which organizations interact with, interpret, and generate information. LLM Analytics refers to the systematic use of large language models to analyse textual, conversational, and unstructured data and convert it into meaningful insights for decision-making. Unlike conventional analytics systems that primarily depend on structured datasets, LLM-based analytics can process emails, reports, customer reviews, social media content, transcripts, documents, and other forms of natural-language data. This capability enables organizations to identify patterns, summarize large volumes of information, classify opinions, detect emerging trends, and support strategic decisions. LLM Analytics also facilitates natural-language querying, allowing users without advanced programming or statistical expertise to interact with complex datasets. In business environments, it can contribute to customer intelligence, marketing analysis, financial decision-making, employee analytics, risk management, and operational optimization. However, the adoption of LLM Analytics raises concerns related to hallucination, bias, privacy, data security, explainability, intellectual property, and the reliability of generated insights. This article examines the concept and evolution of LLM Analytics, its major applications, advantages, challenges, and future possibilities. It argues that the effective use of LLM Analytics requires a combination of technological capabilities, human oversight, responsible data governance, and critical evaluation.
