This study investigates the impact of modern HR practices, continuous training, and fair compensation on employee performance, satisfaction, and loyalty in the floriculture industry. Utilizing a sample of 158 employees, the research employs T-tests, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation to analyse the data. The findings reveal a significant positive impact of modern HR practices on employee performance, with employees exposed to these practices showing higher performance scores. Continuous training and development programs significantly enhance employee satisfaction, as indicated by the ANOVA results. Furthermore, a strong positive correlation between fair compensation and job satisfaction is observed, highlighting the importance of competitive wages and benefits. These results underscore the critical role of effective HR strategies in improving organizational outcomes in the floriculture sector. The study provides valuable insights for HR professionals and business leaders, emphasizing the need for ongoing training, modern HR practices, and fair compensation to foster a motivated and loyal workforce.
