Abstract
The increasing volume of business data makes manual data cleaning, analysis, visualization, forecasting, and reporting time-consuming. This paper presents a Multi-Agent Business Intelligence (BI) Platform that automates the complete business analytics workflow using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The system uses five specialized AI agents, orchestrated through LangGraph, for data cleaning, analytics, visualization, forecasting, and executive report generation. Users can upload business datasets in multiple formats, which are automatically validated, cleaned, and analyzed to identify KPIs, trends, and patterns. Machine Learning and time-series models are used to forecast future business trends, while automated visualizations provide better understanding of the data. An AI-based reporting agent generates a structured executive report containing key insights, forecasts, and recommendations. The proposed platform integrates Python, FastAPI, LangGraph, LangChain, Machine Learning, PostgreSQL, and Next.js to provide an efficient and automated approach to business intelligence and data-driven decision-making.
