Abstract

The rapid emergence of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) necessitates a fundamental shift in higher education pedagogy. This paper explores the systematic incorporation of GenAI tools (e.g., LLMs) to facilitate cognitive growth across the six levels of the Revised Bloom’s Taxonomy: Remembering, Understanding, Applying, Analyzing, Evaluating, and Creating. By transitioning AI from a "content generator" to a "cognitive co-pilot," this study demonstrates how educators can offload lower-order tasks to focus on higher-order critical thinking. The findings suggest that AI-integrated pedagogies enhance student self-efficacy and promote "co-curation" as a modern cognitive skill.
