Abstract
JobScout is a web and mobile-based career development platform designed to bring job discovery, career guidance, skill development, and placement preparation into a single system. The platform provides separate modules for Admin and Students based on their requirements. It aims to simplify the process of finding suitable job opportunities and preparing for employment by providing job updates, aptitude practice, career recommendations, and AI-powered assistance in one place. The system allows students to browse and search for job and internship opportunities using multiple filters such as job role, location, experience, salary, company, and latest postings. Students can practice aptitude, reasoning, verbal ability, and other placement-oriented questions through an integrated practice module and track their performance through dashboards. The platform also provides AI-based career recommendations based on student skills, interests, performance, and preferences. An AI chatbot assists students with career-related queries, job searches, preparation guidance, and platform navigation. The admin module manages users, job information, practice content, and platform activities. A companion mobile application provides students with convenient access to job updates, practice tests, recommendations, and notifications. By combining job discovery, preparation resources, artificial intelligence, and cross-platform accessibility, JobScout aims to provide students with a centralized and personalized platform for career development and placement preparation.
